My vision of e-participation is a service where users are the main (even only) provider of information and the conceptor only provides support and device. Moreover, users are involved in the improvement of the service (what they need, how to get the service more convenient) and the entreprise modifies the service according to those inputs.
For example with Utilisacteur (the little youtube video I posted for the bookmarks sessions), the users of the service share the problems with the others via twitter (they provide the info) while the concertors make sure everyone gets the info in real time (they provide support).

New ideas to use technology to travel: pay with a SMS for ex. Another idea: taxi sharing and divide the price.

Perugia intends to implement a new system for monitoring, managing and controlling traffic in order to increase road safety and security. The system will provide drivers with real time information about the level of traffic flows, congestion, any potential safety risks in different road sections and more reliable routes that they might take.

In 2008 the Ghent Municipal Parking Company started to replace the existing parking guidance system with an all-inclusive and proficient traffic guidance system. The system will allow Ghent to govern traffic in a highly dynamic and integrated way.
