@Britt: What picture are you referring to? The ones you've annotated? If that's the case, I think you would need to use the "Capture" tool and highlight the picture that you want.

@Samantha: Did you install the diigo toolbar in your browser? If you did, the Capture tool is right next to the Highlighter. Just click on Capture, then the screen will turn gray and your cursor will become like a cross hair. You can then select the specific section/picture that you want to capture. Hope that helps!
