Is this where we are supposed to be discussing like in eCollege?
  • Jorge Arganza

You've come to the right place! :)

    Hi folks!
  • Pamela Hawks

the diigo interface has some funky issues in Chrome. Some posts are centered on the page, others are left aligned and comments don't seem to appear where they should... anyone else using Chrome?
  • Amanda Bailey

Here at work we only have IE and everything is spaced weird and appearing wonky. I use chrome and firefox at home, so I'm hoping to have a better layout once I'm back on those systems.
  • Meaghan Corbett

I'm using Firefox now, and it appears to be working fine.

I found the same thing. If I used explorer or chrome, the posts look funky and don't really make for easy reading/following.
  • Britt Johnson

Yup, same here. Firefox seems to play the best with diigo.

However, I can't see my picture! Wonder why that is?

How do you get your bookmarks in your library onto the group page? Or do you have to send them from the original URL? I can't get anything to Share.
  • Jorge Arganza

To share from your library, go to your bookmark library. On the right there is a menu button called View. Click it, and select "Advanced" view. Now every bookmark will have a check box next to it. You can check the bookmarks that you wish to share, then in the "Share to Group" drop-down menu select this group.

You can also share to the group bookmarks from the original URL using the diigo menu bar, or Diigolet, you can find those in the Tools menu.

    Carrie,

You can also edit your private library bookmarks and in the edit option there will be an option to share with group. That's what I've been doing.

@Britt: What picture are you referring to? The ones you've annotated? If that's the case, I think you would need to use the "Capture" tool and highlight the picture that you want.
  • Samantha Gilham

How do I "capture" a picture on a page? I've highlighted it and right clicked, also have the Chrome extension but can't seem to figure out how to capture an image, help!!
  • Ronald Jay Gervacio

@Samantha: Did you install the diigo toolbar in your browser? If you did, the Capture tool is right next to the Highlighter. Just click on Capture, then the screen will turn gray and your cursor will become like a cross hair. You can then select the specific section/picture that you want to capture. Hope that helps!

I did, it happens to just show up as a square with a D on the top left corner of my browser, not as an actual toolbar with those functions listed out, I have to click on the D to have options come up and capture isn't one of them?
