#1 Maranda Ward on 06 Jun 12Hey guys, potentially random question. I find it helpful utilize the "view participant contributions" in the group, in order to see and follow up on own own contributions. Has anyone noticed that there is either a really big delay in the updating of this tool or comments that are missing?

#2 Jorge Arganza on 07 Jun 12I have noticed posts missing from my 'view participant contributions' page, and I have noticed it in one other person's page. It is a bit frustrating!

#3 Lilia p on 07 Jun 12Sometimes there is IF a new person posts. They have it set up that I have to be a moderator for the first post. If I accept it, then it should all flow after that (for each student). If you are noticing something else, then I have to wonder how that is happening.

#5 Jorge Arganza on 07 Jun 12I looked into the one post that is semi-visible, it was posted on June 5th in Meaghan's thread about "danah boyd | apophenia". My post begins "An excerpt from boyd's notes on her speech about "the power of fear in networked cultures" " It is visible when I look at the original thread, but not visible when I look at my participation page. If it is only one post, it isn't too big a deal, but it is something to be aware of.

#6 Amanda Bailey on 07 Jun 12When I have used that feature, only my new/initial posts are visible, my comments on other peoples posts do not show up.

#7 Maranda Ward on 07 Jun 12I know of at least two of the comments I made on other peoples bookmarks that do not show up on my 'view participant contributions' page. I wondered if it was a permission thing as well but it is hard to tell since I can see my own posts no matter what.
