I normally don't recommend Microsoft products but this free book on being safe is well written and wide ranging.  I even learned something so I daresay it contains good information for adults as well, (if you don't mind Manga illustrations).

Remix Culture: Addendum  Remix Culture at it's finest and funniest.  These people have taken cspan coverage and newscasters, auto-tuned their voices, added a backing beat and created an amazing song.  This is not the funniest but it is the most pc of their videos.  I don't think any of their videos would be offensive to most adults.  "Turtles," is probably my fav.

Remix Culture: Part 1 of 3. At about 8 minutes this is a great intro to remix culture.  What is remix culture?  From my point of view, it is the recontextualization of information which results in increased meaning.  By drawing upon part of our shared cultural heritage (a song or video) and mashing it up with either another part of our shared culture or content created by yourself (or friends),  people are now able to leverage both content areas to make ultra rich content. Kind of like when you watch "The Wizard of Oz" and listen to "Dark Side of the Moon"
