The lingro browser tools (bookmarklets) allow you to open any site you're viewing using lingro with one click. Once you have copied the bookmarklet to your browser, click it when you're on a page you want to view with lingro. (The bookmarklet doesn't work for sites that require you to log in, such as webmail. We're working on a way around this - stay tuned!)

A good, simple browser translation tool from Microsoft. The bookmarklet sits in your bookmark toolbar and translates foreign pages into your language with one click. Asymptopia Crossword Builder is a JavaScript education application that runs in any modern internet browser but does not require an internet connection. The simple controls allow teachers or parents to create unlimited math crosswords, or supply their own word:hint pairs. Support has recently been added for French, Spanish, pt-Brasillian, Kiswahili, and special characters (accents, tildes etc), in general. Some suggested uses include: cities, countries, lattitudes and longitudes to teach geography and spherical trig, simultaneously; Periodic table word:hint pairs; Language[i]:Language[j] word:hint pairs, for foreign language learning exercise; Terminology practice with virtually any other subject.

Haven't had a chance to try this yet but apparently it gets around the issues of flash on the ipad and ipod. Curious if it will work for the language sites we often use that use flash.
