Project has various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, 24Hr Backup, Security, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Badminton Court, Community Hall etc.

The project is expected to be delivered at the end of 2014. The project was launched long back and importantly, now the construction is in full swing, no further delays are expected. They are quoting Rs 3600+PLC+Parking charges. They have 2/3/4 BHK, actually they have 12 blocks and slowly they will start giving possession one by one blocks.
