Few new infrastructure developments thats coming up in Delhi for better connectivity.. one of them is a six-lane flyover which has been planned to be built at the Hero Honda Chowk along the Delhi-Jaipur highway (NH-8), Gurgaon. The cost is estimated to be around Rs 100 crore which is given by the Central government. Elevated road is proposed to be developed near the Dadri-Surajpur-Chalera (DSC) road till a flyover near Bhangel. The proposed six-lane road will be 5.5 km-long. The Noida Authority has given its nod to the project. According to sources, it has been estimated that around 20 highway projects involving an investment of about Rs 27,000 crore.

Acquisition of land for civic purposes, as well as housing projects is now an easier task, all thanks to the approval given by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), to the much-awaited land pooling policy.
