    Although it is a very tough question, but i would like to say, when we talk about sector 2 has around 2000 plots and sector 3 has around 1000 plots. The first difference comes here; secondly the sizes in Sector 2 stands in a better place like Sector 2 has 162 sq yard and 220 sq yard plot sizes ,whereas sector 3 has 120 sq yard and 200 sq yard plots. Sector 3 is huge parcel of land. It well better connected with Noida and Delhi , than Sector 2. The boundary of the area is by two major roads.
