MAKE comes from O'Reilly, the Publisher of Record for geeks and tech enthusiasts everywhere. It follows in line with the Hacks books and Hardware Hacking Projects for Geeks, but it takes a highly visual and personal approach.

Storybird is a service that uses collaborative storytelling to connect kids, families and teachers. Two (or more) people author a Storybird-one with words, one with pictures-and then share it with their network. The final product can be printed, watched on screen, played with like a toy, or shared through a worldwide library. For the teachers is possible to create thematic assignments within seconds to support their lesson plans. Assign privacy settings, turn Spellcheck on or off, and issue due dates.
