Until now, I only found cases of individuals or institutions connected to education, tecnhologies, e-Learning, etc. Perhaps we could try to look for tools used by RH managers (I suppose blogs, e-mail, fora, etc.), analyse the use of these tools and see if there are other tools linked to these (e.g. blogs connected to social networks)
