I agree its a really important area and the federal government has created many great resources that they are now making available through ACMA, along with many other great resources from around the world.
While I am sure the ACMA workshops for students are great I believe Cyber Safety is something that needs to be a part of everyday discussion and practice within the classroom, not addressed in one off sessions run by external presenters.
At a minimum I encourage teachers and schools to explore the age appropriate resources, games and activities at http://www.cybersmart.gov.au with their class and use the points raised to promote meaningful discussion.
