Ok, so this site won't really help you in your classroom activities so much, but if you're looking to get out of your current job and start teaching at the university, this is the site for you.

The online Journal of Academic Leadership is aimed at those in the academic world who are dedicated to advancing the field through their research. ALJ provides an array of articles and essays that speak to the major issues of the field faced by those in leadership roles across all content areas and disciplines - from classroom instructors to university presidents.

WePapers helps students and others share and expand their knowledge for free. You can find and download papers and documents you need in a matter of seconds, discuss them with others, or just mess around. WePapers is where you find the kind of quality information you wouldn't find anywhere else on the web, the kind of papers you'd have to dig for in dusty library basements and still not find what you're looking for. WePapers is one big study group! Universities are even using it for class-notes and articles. I could see using this in a classroom situation for research papers and the such. Students would have the opportunity to connect with others around the world, get help, and feedback from others just like them.

This blog is from the University of Alberta. It gives several ideas and ways to integrate the ideas into instruction. This would be helpful for me personally to get ideas on how to integrate more technology into the classroom.

A podcasting resource website by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. This is a site for novice and expert. There are tutorials, FAQ, lessons, websites for uploading or downloading podcasts. I have taken a podcasting class but didn't know about this reference. The websites listed at this URL that I checked still work. If I had someone who wanted to learn how to podcast, I believe this would be one of the sites I would suggest.

This site allows you to read, create, and share books online. You can read books online for free. You can also have students create their own books and publish them online with over 7,000 images. There is a fee of $12.95 a month for one teacher. You could plan your lessons around creating books and pay the fee for the months you used the program.

This page is a new, experimental class at Bentley University that Mark Frydenberg's is teaching. Anyone can follow the class through the class blog and through Ustream Videos that are posted on the website. The class is Web 2.0: Technology, Strategy, and Community. The focus of the class is how he learned about Web 2.0, started using it as a knowledge management tool. It also describes how he uses Web 2.0 for professional development.
