Podcasts Podcasting Blog, Wikis, Feeds Workshop Online Institute TLT Group - 0 views

A podcasting resource website by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. This is a site for novice and expert. There are tutorials, FAQ, lessons, websites for uploading or downloading podcasts. I have taken a podcasting class but didn't know about this reference. The websites listed at this URL that I checked still work. If I had someone who wanted to learn how to podcast, I believe this would be one of the sites I would suggest.

You can listen to podcasts of booktalks at this site. This would be great for students who can't seem to find a good book to read. The books chosen are Isinglass Teen Read Award Nominees - this is a teen book award in New Hampshire, but I am sure these books are popular all over!

This is the website of the elementary school where my kids go to school. They are always playing with new and creative ways to get the kids interested in what they are learning about. The fourth grade classes do podcasts after different lessons to emphasize what they have learned as well as work on their reading fluency skills.

This site is a listing of Kiwi educators who have blogs and/or podcasts. You can either be a Kiwi edublogger living abroad or an edublogger living in New Zealand. I found this interesting to hear from other locations.

australianedubloggers wiki - 0 views

Welcome to the Directory of Australian Edubloggers. The password to edit this site is teacher . The purpose of this site is to put people in contact with like minded people. It was set up in 2005 by Jo McLeay, of The Open Classroom. There are some other sites of interest also: the Oz/NZ Educators Group and a collection of resources. I believe this would benefit those who want to reach out and become more digitally literate.
