Héloïse est un service d'information sur les politiques des éditeurs en matière de dépôt des articles. Il concerne uniquement les dépôts sur les sites des scientifiques eux-mêmes et des institutions scientifiques.

Le problème c'est que à ce jour très peu d'éditeurs ont déposé leur politique dans Heloïse. Quant à ceux qui l'ont fait, comme par ex. les Presses de Sciences Po, très peu sont favorables avec des durée d'embargo allant jusqu'à 5 ans comme avec les PUF...Le chemin est encore long !

par Thérèse Hameau, 24/02/16 Le projet INTACT a comme objectif de mettre en place une infrastructure pour connaitre et mieux appréhender les frais de publication (APC) payés par les universités et les organismes de recherche allemandes. Pour ce faire, trois initiatives ont été mises en œuvre : Open APC platform, Open Analytics et ESAC initiative. La première collecte les données sur les coûts payés par les institutions.

by Cameron Neylon - Rio Journal, 24/10/17 A pilot project worked with seven existing projects funded by the International Development Research Center of Canada (IDRC) to investigate the implementation of data management and sharing requirements within development research projects. The seven projects, which were selected to achieve a diversity of project types, locations, host institutions and subject areas, demonstrated a broad range of existing capacities to work with data and access to technical expertise and infrastructures. The pilot project provided an introduction to data management and sharing concepts, helped projects develop a Data Management Plan, and then observed the implementation of that plan.
