This is a well known website from the BBC organization. As we have seen in class, it is really useful for both students and teachers. There are four main categories. The first one is called "Sounds of English", where we can learn about the symbols for writing the sounds thanks to the videos (which show how to pronounce them) and the activities (to practice identifying the difference between sounds which may sound similar). The second one is "Features of English", where we can find interactive and downloadable exercises and the third one is about interactive "Quizzes" about English pronunciation. The last category is "Programmes", where there are some downloadable radio programmes from 2005 on the topic of pronunciation.

This is a very useful website to practise English phonetics and pronunciation. It is from Cambridge English Online and it is very visual and easy to use. It's a good website for both students and teachers (maybe students above 12 years old) because there are different levels of difficulty in each activity. The site has a lot of games related with English phonetics, for example: the hangman, the odd phon'out, puzzles, etc. As well as, it also provides useful resources for teachers as flashcards, quizzes or videos.

I think this page is useful to practice pronunciation (listening and speaking). It's for the American English but I believe it can help in some ocasions to make our students distinguish different words that sound similar.

Moreover we can find more english resourses like tips for teachers or activities and exercises. I think it's a useful website to practise pronunciation and it's very easy to use.

The Reading Horizons Pronunciation Tool helps English Language Learners and struggling readers improve their English speaking abilities. The tool visually shows the proper tongue placement when sounding out letters of the alphabet. It also allows the user to record their voice and compare it with the correct English pronunciation.

It is a very complete site in which there are six main categories to choose depending on what you want to work: videos, lessons, assessment, minimal pairs, podcasts and products. With these resources you can learn online and at your own pace how to speak proper English. If you join in, you will have access to hundreds of pronunciation lessons and thousands of resources: playable audio files, true voice recording and feedback systems, study recommendations, tests and quizzes, etc.

Shiporsheep.com is an useful page that teaches British English pronunciation with minimal pairs, providing free online pronunciation and elocution lessons for young or beginner learners.

Here you have a useful website where teachers and parents can find an explanation of different tools (Songs and rhymes, Listening to stories, Games, Tongue twisters.) that they should use with children in order to practise English pronunciation. This website also tries to work on pronunciation through activities that are fun and interesting for children.

In this website we can find different kind of topics like "Different sounds of /i/" or "How to pronounce -ed in many verbs", etc. There's somebody that pronounce the word and you can read how to say it too. We can find other type of resources. Is specially for Spanish students.

In this website there are a lot of resourses to improve your pronunciation, throguh exercises. It is structured in 15 session, and in each one there are 5 different kind of exercises. Furthermore, there is an online dictionary to help you with some word meanings and its correct pronunciation.

Learner's dictionary is a resource from Merriam-Webster. It's a dictionary where you can find a lot of pronunciation activities classified by the different sounds of phonetic. Each exercise has different activities in it such as listening to rhymes, repeating words , classifying the words in columns... We think this website is really interesting as it works different aspects of the phonetic, uses different aspects of the phonetic and it doesn't require a limited time to do the activities. We think that this website is ideal for teachers and English learners because they can find a huge variety of resources such as activities, videos, songs and flashcards refer to phonetic. So in this page they can practice English pronuntiation and also have fun while they are learning.

An interesting web page to learn pronunciation in english. Omniglot is an encyclopedia of writing systems and languages. It includes information on over 600 languages. In the language index you can choose english and you will see the modern english alphabet with audios about the pronunciation. It includes links to language-related resources, and there's also an Omniglot forum, a youtube channel, a facebook page and a blog.
