We think that this website is ideal and useful for English learners and practice pronunciation (listening and speaking) because they can find a lot of resources such as, games, grammar, vocabulary, audio words, etc. So in this page they can practice and they can have a good time learning.

This is a well known website from the BBC organization. As we have seen in class, it is really useful for both students and teachers. There are four main categories. The first one is called "Sounds of English", where we can learn about the symbols for writing the sounds thanks to the videos (which show how to pronounce them) and the activities (to practice identifying the difference between sounds which may sound similar). The second one is "Features of English", where we can find interactive and downloadable exercises and the third one is about interactive "Quizzes" about English pronunciation. The last category is "Programmes", where there are some downloadable radio programmes from 2005 on the topic of pronunciation.

The Reading Horizons Pronunciation Tool helps English Language Learners and struggling readers improve their English speaking abilities. The tool visually shows the proper tongue placement when sounding out letters of the alphabet. It also allows the user to record their voice and compare it with the correct English pronunciation.

Here there is another website to practise English pronunciation (in this case American). It is a very complete site in which there are six main categories to choose depending on what you want to work: videos, lessons, assessment, minimal pairs, podcasts and products. With these resources you can learn online and at your own pace how to speak proper English. If you join in, you will have access to hundreds of pronunciation lessons and thousands of resources: playable audio files, true voice recording and feedback systems, study recommendations, tests and quizzes, etc.

This is a very useful website to practise English phonetics and pronunciation. It is from Cambridge English Online and it is very visual and easy to use. It's a good website for both students and teachers (maybe students above 12 years old) because there are different levels of difficulty in each activity. The site has a lot of games related with English phonetics, for example: the hangman, the odd phon'out, puzzles, etc. As well as, it also provides useful resources for teachers as flashcards, quizzes or videos.

Shiporsheep.com is an useful page that teaches British English pronunciation with minimal pairs, providing free online pronunciation and elocution lessons for young or beginner learners.

That is a useful page which contains information about english pronunciation in diferent kinds of formats; text, audio, and graphic. Moreover you can find practical exercicies and some theory about the topis we are working on.

An interesting web page to learn pronunciation in english. Omniglot is an encyclopedia of writing systems and languages. It includes information on over 600 languages. In the language index you can choose english and you will see the modern english alphabet with audios about the pronunciation. It includes links to language-related resources, and there's also an Omniglot forum, a youtube channel, a facebook page and a blog.
