This tool seems very helpful. Thank you for sharing it. I really like that it has an iphone app that seems to be a key factor in these newer tools. I think that the live chat and blog is something unique about the tools as well, so thank you for pointing those features out as well.

Great looking tool, and moderately-priced for small businesses. I'd like to learn more about SCRUM! and besides that, it's just a cool term!

It includes a book, a feature-length documentary film, and a series of interactive tutorials. *Information in this book helps PM's to understand some of the dynamics of the human brain and to reflect on how making small changes can have lasting effects. There is a lot of information on this site! They could use a little help with their web design to make it a little less overwhelming though...

I love this approach to communication! I've used in all aspects of my work and personal communications and when I really implement it has really helped me navigate some high conflict situations. It does take practice and is easier to work with if you have others you can engage with to practice the techniques.
