Should small businesses keep tabs on their employees more so than a large business would?

I can see the interwined relationship between honesty, integrity and respect in the small business world and the Fortune 500 comapanies. But the reason that their might be less respect, honesty, and integrity in the small business world is because the people that can't make it into the big business world is because they are lacking the essential needs to be included in the big jobs, big time bucks.

It is a good thing to find and work in a community co-working place. A small business owner has many opportunities such as: "networking opportunities, a creative environment and sometimes even new clients, none of which can be found in a home office."

Many of the Occupy Wall Street protesters might not realize it, but they got really lucky when they elected to gather at Zuccotti Park in downtown Manhattan. Contrary to what most people think, the park isn't a public space; it's actually privately owned by Brookfield Office Properties, which has approximately 18 million square feet in Manhattan, including the World Financial Center. And that's why the group has been able to stay there for 20 days.

Thought there were some good points made here.

To be less influenced by advertising, it is good to be aware of the tricks that are employed. When you realize what is happening, you are warned. Advertising focusses only on positive aspects of product, never on negative ones. When supermarkets lower some of their prices, they make sure everyone knows about it.

This doesn't say it outright, but someone finding, and sharing, products like this will make some doctors angry. I think it's good for the average person who can't afford to go in for professionals to make them look better though.
