Example CV of Dr. Dahlia Adel Abbass, assistant Accounting professor at the University of Egypt.

This is an interesting "CV," styled more in the European style or alike an American resume. I like how direct it is, with content grouped to align, presumably, to reflect the position's requirements and the job seeker's skills. I wonder how this can be cross-walked, from a professional experience standpoint, to align better with traditional CV style and content. So many of the other CV examples lack a non-academic professional experience section.

Dr. Earnest is a professor of IPE at Old Dominion. He leverages a LinkedIn page, which is increasingly common in the field. He also maintains pages at academia.edu.

This is the professional page for one of my favorite undergraduate professors. Terry Kubichan is a senior lecturer in the accounting department of Old Dominion University.

This is also an English professor's teaching philosophy, but it is focused on teaching composition classes more than literature classes.

Interesting use of ePortfolio, included links to examples of her presentations or links to pertinent articles; maybe a bit long but I think this is really engaging

Most of the ones I looked up were realively bland for my field, but I liked the way Dr. Laprade designed her website and presented her teaching philosophy

Good links to evidence that working too much has negative health outcomes, taking time off has positive health and productivity outcomes "Work-life balance: what do professors do?" by this blogger is another good post.

This is an example of a website for one of the professors in my field, as you can see research is quite important!

Another good commentary about finding out what your purpose is, what your priorities are and the importance of asserting them. I would also suggest taking a look at some of the comments people have left, they have some good thoughts as well as some perspective from people in academia and their thoughts on the piece.

This article details personal accounts on how professors manage their work and life.

This was interesting as each faculty member's contact information was listed but there was a limited electronic footprint available. This presents faculty portfolios more like a newsletter than a personal bio/resume page.
