Wouldn't it be a good idea to keep terrorists from moving across our border with Mexico. The Arizona immigration law is a good start!

Keeping You in the Know: FOXNews.com: Why I'm Joining the Fight for Marriage Equality - 2 views

  •
I was sure there were Republicans who were supportive of Marriage Equality, but I never thought I would find such support on the pages of FOX News, much less find myself ever posting anything from them. But this is a strange day.

Drugs over Marriage: The insanity of voting for the right to marry - 0 views

I think voting on rights is ridiculous to begin with, but when I think of the people who fought for this discrimination - organizations like NOM who are not even IN Maine... it makes my blood boil! What right does the majority have to tell another adult citizens who they can marry.

You are being lied to about Pirates | w w w . P e t e r S a n t i l l i . c o m - 0 views

  • The pirates showed “quite clearly - and subversively - that ships did not have to be run in the brutal and oppressive ways of the merchant service and the Royal navy.” This is why they were popular, despite being unproductive thieves.
  • Ahmedou Ould-Abdallah, the U.N. envoy to Somalia, tells me: “Somebody is dumping nuclear material here. There is also lead and heavy metals such as cadmium and mercury - you name it.” Much of it can be traced back to European hospitals and factories
  • European ships have been looting Somalia’s seas of their greatest resource: seafood

  • They call themselves the Volunteer Coast Guard of Somalia - and it’s not hard to see why.
  • this doesn’t make hostage-taking justifiable, and yes, some are clearly just gangsters
  • 70 percent “strongly supported the piracy as a form of national defense of the country’s territorial waters.”
  • George Washington and America’s founding fathers paid pirates to protect America’s territorial waters, because they had no navy or coast guard of their own. Most Americans supported them. Is this so different?

Court: Texas wrongly seized sect children - FLDS hearings- msnbc.com - 0 views

  •
I totally predicted this would happen, as did every constitutional scholar or lawyer, I am sure.

OBVIOUS no just or probable cause to seize the amount of children that they did. They didn't limit the scope of the raid to the scope of the informant's tip. The informant turned out to be an imposter, a former sect member no longer living at the ranch, and must be ruled ultimately unreliable.

    So obvious. Goddamn GOVERNMENT!!!
