Long Range for Dummies - 0 views

Whacking targets at stupidly long ranges has become the cool thing to do. Indeed, it's gratifying to get behind a rifle, fire a single shot and hit a target the size of a guitar five football fields away. For many, this mastery of ballistics and pulling triggers seems as complicated as calculus and as expensive as an addiction.

Chemistry - 0 views

This website was much more helpful than I thought it would be. Though the only experiments I found on it were about growing crystals, it still helped me to get a very good look at chemical reactions and more importantly, crystals. Crystals are very important in the field of chemistry I'm looking into, pharmaceutics, so this website helped me to find good information about crystals. I would definitely recommend this website to a person looking into chemistry, but more so to a person who's just starting and would like to perform some simple experiments.

Home of the Periodic Table - 0 views

  •
This is an extremely helpful site! It gives you the information that you need for the periodic table, such as the atomic numbers and groupings, but it also is an interactive table! If you click on the element you will be given an in depth description about the element and it will even tell you all of the groups it is in as well as different classifications. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is interested in chemistry and wants to learn about the different elements.

This website wasn't particularly helpful. It did show me an example or two of fun experiments I could perform to understand chemistry better, but it didn't help to educate me too much. This is not, however, a site I would recommend to a person getting into chemistry, but to a person who is looking more into just having fun with cool experiments.
