To anyone who does not keep up with golf, match play is a see-saw battle of hole by hole golf. Best score each hole wins one point. Chip Sullivan does a great job explaining the strategies and mindset you should bring to the match.

Anatomy of the Brain Quiz - 0 views

This source is an online quiz. I found it helpful in terms of studying and memorizing the different sections of the brain. Of each question there is a diagram of the brain labeled with numbers and the objective is to match the numbers to the corresponding area of the brain. This is different from other sources I have used because the source is an online quiz, not an article. I still learned a lot from it though. This source has helped me to realize that the brain is quite complicated and that it is time consuming to memorize the different parts of the brain. I would highly recommend this article because it is fun to take this quiz and see what you know (or don't know) about the human brain.

Math Formulas - 0 views

I recently found a website that is a perfect source to find geometry formulas. It was very useful when I forgot a page of notes with many formulas I needed. This website is very straight forward and has great visuals that helped me understand the math concept. It is very reliable seeing as my answers matched up with the ones on the key, and for that reason I would definitely recommend it. All of the formulas are on the same page, making it very helpful and efficient to do my review worksheets.

Anatomy of the Human Body: Brain Structure - 0 views

This internet archive of a very informative book on the human body provided further insight to contextualized material on the inner brain structures. Many sites have in-depth information that is very thorough, but sometimes it can be a bit too much. This book progresses in a logical order, covering all topics of the human body. The information on the brain is great for putting everything in place from other sites. Since the information in the book is in context, I found it useful to match the more specialized information I had acquired from other sources to the book, which helped me understand how it connects to the other parts of the brain. An example of this is when I was researching the basal ganglia and limbic system. The two systems are very closely connected, and while I knew about the separate systems, it was hard to visualize how they fit together. This book showed how they were joined together, which was helpful even when I knew a lot about the separate systems, because it was hard to understand them as a whole working component.
