Tk is a GUI toolkit developed by John Ousterhout, initially as a Tcl
extension, to facilitate the creation of graphical user interfaces.
Since then, it has grown in popularity, and as a result has been ported
to many different languages. Nick Ing-Simmons ported Tk to Perl, giving
us Perl/Tk.
