    This graphing website would be great for student use, or even for your own personal use. Wonderful resource for graphing! It even has a few things dealing with probability too.

    This is a great site for teaching graphing. You can create bar, line, area, pie and XY graphs. Just fill in the data and a you end up with a very colorful graph of your information.

    It's cool that you can publish a mindmap that you make to your webpage-your students could make one and post them to your classroom website! I haven't tried it yet though. I'd watch the demo they offer through the help menu. It gave the basics. My only problem with it was that sometimes it would be slow and not do what I needed.
