"Space Aces: A Vowel Combination/Digraph Phonics Game Space Aces is a phonics game intended for reviewing vowel combinations also known as vowel digraphs such as the OO in moon or the EA in heat.. Before you can use play this game with your students, you will have to print off the following resources, paste them onto poster board and cut them out. Note: The alien spaceships are meant to be double-sided with the words on the back and the spaceships on the front:

Johnnie's Math Page is the site to find fun math for kids, math games, and even a little math homework help.    Interactive math activities from across the web have been organized by topic to make math learning enjoyable and interesting. These activities have been chosen to represent the range of math learned from kindergarten to middle school.  

Math resources and games.

Socratic Smackdown grew out of a need to support students in developing and practicing discussion skills. During the game, teams of 4-6 students discuss texts and use textual evidence to make connections and ask thought-provoking questions. Students win points whenever they make constructive contributions to the discussion and lose points if they exhibit disrespectful behaviors, such as interrupting their teammates.
