This is a handy web browser add-on if you work on a number of different computers or devices. It allows you to access your links from any computer with web access. If you're only going to bookmark your computer locally you MUST use this tool - or you'll risk losing all of those great web finds you've accumulated over the years! It is an add-on to your computer's browser - works in all the major browsers.

only2clicks is a visual bookmarking site - pages can be marked private or public depending on your need. A small applet will allow you to add a site to only2clicks quickly. start.io is a basic bookmarking site - allows the user to share a group of sites quickly with one short URL. An applet exists for Firefox and Google Chrome browsers. My start.io page can be found at http://start.io/altucker

Diigo is the best of the lot in my opinion! Not only are you bookmarking, you're creating a community of people interested in the same subject. Text on a site can be highlighted, annotated and discussed using Diigo. It's a perfect way for students to discuss a site's content and for them to share their web with you. LiveBinders allows you to present a number of pages in one browser window. Easy interface allows you to create subject binders that you can share by making public. Again, multiple site links given with one URL. Linking sites to your binder with the toolbar applet that works with Firefox and Google Chrome browsers.
