New app promises educators they'll spend less time photocopying and more time teaching. Google Classroom is a great way for students and teachers to communicate, collaborate, share assignments and get graded. Google Classroom brings together many different features of Google; therefore, allowing students to search on student-friendly, custom search engines. Google Classroom will also allow students to continue using many other great Google features that are reliable such as Google scholar.

I chose this resource because it describes 10 technology tools teachers can use in the classroom to encourage classroom collaboration with the students. It gives examples of discussion tools, communication and collaboration tools, and tool for presenting. Then it list benefits for using these tools.

I chose this website because it is applicable to almost every classroom. It is used for classroom organization and communication. It's similar to blackboard.edu and brightspace.edu that we have here at OSU. It's a place to collaborate with your teacher and fellow students. It is compatible with all devices and works really well with BYOD.I also chose the link because the sight is described and recommended by an edtech teacher website.

This is beneficial to this lesson because it is important to remember that parents are active components of the classroom and they deserve to be kept in the loop and involved in the day-to-day activities of the class. This website evaluates technology as a tool for equality. It features many different devices that can be used for students who are in the general classroom, but have some sort of IEP. When teaching, teachers should be aware of devices that can help students who may need extra help. Teachers can provide additional instruction for these students through many forms of low to high level of complicated technology.
