I chose this website because it provides entire lesson ideas for project based learning based on grade. I think this is beneficial because it would help insure that the lesson is not too hard / easy for the class. It is also helpful that the entire lesson is provided so not much extra work and planning is needed.

I chose the website A Better List Of Ideas For Project-Based Learning as a resource, because I think it would benefit teachers that have used project based learning in the classroom for a while. This website helps create project based learning ideas that are unique (and therefore I think it would be useful for teachers who need help coming up with new ideas for their classrooms).

I chose 23 Ways To Use The IPad In The 21st Century PBL Classroom as a resource, because I think it is important to integrate technology into all learning in the classroom. The website does just that and gives unique and helpful ways on how to incorporate technology with project based learning in the classroom. A helpful aspect of the website is that it gives descriptions with the iPad apps.

I chose Implementing Project-Based Learning: Challenges and Solutions as a resource, because I think it would be very beneficial to all teachers struggling with project - based learning. This website provides solutions so that teachers will be able to fix the problems occurring in the classroom (and even prevent future ones from happening).

I chose the resource Twenty Tips for Managing Project-Based Learning because it is something that can be extremely beneficial for fist time teachers. This source does not just "give you the tips," but rather gives you the tips and then elaborates on each tip so that you can actually use the information in your classroom. (This could also be a good source for teachers who have a lot of experience, but want their classroom to be more project learning focused).

For my final source, I fond a post showing twenty - two ways to use technology in the classroom. What sets this post apart and makes it so valuable is that it encourages the use of modern technology such as twitter. I think that students would react positively to using a tool in the classroom that they probably already use every day. This site also mentioned how to use technology in differentiated teaching, which I think is important because not all students learn the same way and at the same pace.

Even though there are a lot of great technology tools available for both teachers and students to use, technology can sometimes be overwhelming. It may become hard for teachers to know where to "draw the line" and find a good balance. A website called Edutopia provides some insight on how to find that balance. I think this website would benefit future or new teachers in being able to jump into a technology filled classroom.

These two sources were already mentioned in the chapter, but there are endless possibilities to use them in the classroom. For the word cloud I wrote a paragraph about "why teachers should integrate technology and what should technology integrate?" After inserting the paragraph it created the picture below. Students could easily use this tool when writing about any subject.
Another tool is Piktochart. Piktochart allows both students and teachers to create informational charts.

A very interesting and unique way to integrate technology in the classroom is with the Storybird website. "Storybird is a unique language arts tool. It uses illustrations to inspire students to write stories: picture books for K-5, longform chapter books for Grades 5-9, and poetry for everything in-between". This source would encourage students to be creative and expressive while they are still working with technology in the classroom.

A fun way to keep your class learning is through a website called Kahoot. Kahoot allows technology to be implemented in the classroom through quizzes, surveys, discussions and their newest addition 'Jumble'. "Jumble allows you to put historic events in order, rearrange sentences in different languages and even sort algebraic equations". The possibilities with this website are endless and help ensure that your class will become more engaged and ready to learn.

The growing use of technology in the classroom, may make some teachers uncomfortable. Many teachers want to keep their students entertained and engaged with technology, but may find it too complex. In the link below from Teach Hub there are twelve easy ways that even the teacher who is uncomfortable working with technology can handle. This website would also benefit future teachers who have had little experience with educational technology.

A good project based learning assignment is the "marshmallow catapult".
Explained below:

After completing this students could create a glogster to present their work to the class.
