In week 5 one of the main questions is "what technologies help make formative and summative assessments more effective and efficient?" This website explains formative and summative assessments, along with ways to create rubrics for what you are wanting to assess.

    Includes all the Bloomin' versions in one place! I chose this resource for chapter 8 because it contains rubrics and guidelines for educational apps. These rubrics will be a useful tool to refer to when trying to decide if an app should be used in the classroom.
