The website, "Little Bins for Little Hands" is a website that has different STEM projects and Project Based Learning projects for teachers to use in the classroom. This website shows the project of building a catapult out of popsicle sticks and rubber bands. It provides pictures, videos, steps to build one. It then provides a like to different physic activities that can be taught in the classroom using project based learning.

Students use games, manipulatives, and computers to learn the advantages of using Boolean terms when searching the Web. The site will help you create a lesson to teach your students over boolean logic. With hand-ons and interactive activities, students will be able to understand the concept of Boolean Logic for when they search the internet.

Hundreds of lessons are available, most of which include hands-on activities. This site has always been my favorite source of lesson ideas for this reason. I easily adapt the lessons to include technology and opportunities for the students to engage in research.

Explores how Project Based Learning is a dynamic classroom approach in which students explore real world problems through hands-on, engaging activities. This website provides evidence of PBL through videos. The video portion of this website is very helpful and connects to this chapter because it shows different activities that teacher's can use to engage their students. Not only are there videos, but there is also topics that organize the different types of lessons and activities making it organized and efficient to use. Lastly there is a blog where teachers can communicate with each other, exploring new ideas and topics.

A great resource for teachers who are stumped on how to integrate technology into their existing classroom. Includes how to get started as well as ideas like, "if you have an interactive whiteboard", "if you have computers in your classroom", etc.

As anyone with a toddler knows, iPads are addictive for children. They seem to have some sort of special radar that lets them know when an iDevice is within their reach, and they'll do anything they can to get their hands on them.
