If the rule is to not have food or drinks by the computer, then everyone including the teacher must practice and remind others. I thought this article was a good resource because it gave the idea to use the one-computer in the classroom as a learning station. This allows students to conduct research not only on the Internet but also through interviews and in bound encyclopedias, magazines, and books. Every 20 minutes or so, students can rotate stations.
