Google Classroom will also allow students to continue using many other great Google features that are reliable such as Google scholar.

This website gives resources for teachers to assess their students' content knowledge in a technological way. Assessment of the instruction of content is essential for a teacher. These resources make assessment interesting and show results in a very visual way. This instruction benefits teachers as they get to realize what their students have actually learned. Often students do not want to show that they do not understand the content, these resources give students a chance to share their voice.

Using and Establishing Productive PLNs

I think this website is a great resource because it explains what project based learning is, and it offers guidance on how to get started with PBLs and also PBL lesson ideas.

This site contains information on formative assessments, such as why and how we use them. It has information on getting students to remember things better and longer. Gives extra information and ideas to go with the Assessment part of our chapter.

This source gave some information about a dinosaur that looks a lot like an animal that is scene today. Children would get a kick out of this source because they would be able to relate this dinosaur back to their background knowledge of a typically known animal, the ostrich.

This chapter pulls the baby elephant as the subject and talks about an elephants life from birth to a few months old. The article talks about what baby elephants look like, how they get nutrients, and how they are taken care of in the herd.

This website has 4 ways Kindergarten teachers can use iPads in the classroom. I choose this resource because I knew a couple students in Ed Tech are wanting to teach kindergarten. I thought it would be a good resource for them to get ideas.
