Here is an example of deconstructing standards in action. The site gives a detailed description of how the standard was deconstructed and how the lesson was created.

This is a video of deconstructing the common core standards. While i know that we are using the ISTE-S in class, many of my classmates will go on to use the CCSS in their careers so I thought it would be useful for them to practice and learn deconstructing standards using Common Core.

This site is helpful because it is a woman explaining how using "I can" statements helped her better understand standards and deconstruct them easier.

This post is very similar to Dr. Stansberry's instructions on deconstructing standards, and provides a good framework for breaking down what the standards mean and how to implement them.

I chose this article because it breaks down education: from different schools, down to technology integration in reaching more students. It is an interesting read on how "Distributing Learning" could reach more students and put more in school since technology is integrated into our culture so heavily.
