Dear colleagues, I will try to express opinion on this problem. My short comment will be connected with a problem of the free software in education. Since 20O7 I together with students of university organize projects on use of the free software in one of schools of Russia.
Since 2010 my students openly write that was made by them in this question at a forum of university

It allows us to provide continuity of theoretical and practical studying.
Now actively I use free LMS Moodle for the organization of educational process at the university.
I am interested in cooperation with foreign colleagues to which this question is interesting.
