Eumom Louise on 13 Jul 11Mix all the ingredients and beat it until there are no lumps left. Optional: add food colouring. Put the mixture in a mold or puto cups (if you have some) and put sliced cheese on top. Steam it for 15 minutes. Let the puto cool down, remove from the container and serve.
