We will show you how long term results are achievable. We believe variety is the key to keeping people motivated, so be prepared for loads of new experiences, exercises and challenges. 7 Primal Movement Patterns At EHM we train using the 7 primal movement patterns - Squat, Lunge, Bend, Rotation, Push, Pull and Step. These are functional movements that we perform everyday. We believe that you will get more from performing functional movements as they engage the core and are multi joint exercises. This provides an overall whole body response. Equipment To challenge your body using the 7 primal movement patterns we use different pieces of equipment, ranging from dumbbells, cables, kettle bells, medicine ball etc. Along with training the muscles, we have found it is also important to encourage our clients to stimulate their nervous system. To do this we use unstable surfaces (bosu, fitballs, balance boards, etc) this is a great way to challenge your balance and recruit more muscle into the exercise. Periodised Training Phases We want you to get results and to get the most out of your training and time. We have designed a cutting edge periodised training program. Each phase will go for 4 weeks. Periodised or phase training is used to keep people progressing and challenged. It involves training for a certain amount of weeks with a specific goal (e.g. weight loss, fitness, core, strength) in mind and then moving onto to another. Benefits of Periodised Training Phases Gives you varieties in your training, ensures you progress and helps avoid plateau and injuries. Enables you to concentrate on specific area's of you're body. Keeps you challenged and motivated. Per
