That's why free web apps exist. These no-cost products are specifically designed to make your life easier and less stressful. Some have been around for years and others are relatively new-but they will all do their part to boost your productivity.

What follows is a proposal I submitted to my headteacher regarding a trial of the use of Google Docs (as part of the Education Apps) to deliver online reporting to the parents in my class.
What is Wallwisher and why use it? Its a Web 2.0 application which allows students to express their thoughts or share information on a science concept.
This online application allows the author (teacher or student) to add information as post it stickies, it also allows others to add comments or information to wall - subject to the author's approval.
Came across this out of the UK, it has a wide range of student work ideas, templates and tools for getting kids working online.
Could be a useful in class (netbook) or home learning site.
