This movie upset me. I don't think the director developed the premise and plot to the potential it could have reached. Quite a shallow interpretation. But it does raise some intrigue. I'm a bit stuck with my thoughts, but what really disturbed me was how this could potentially mess up our sense of identity. Already, most of us live our lives without really knowing who we are. With a surrogate living for us, how do we define ourselves, negotiate our identities, who will we be? (A vacation could mean just renting another surrogate in another continent.)

Not to mention, we'll all be fat slobs with pasty complexions.

http://dontdatehimgirl.com allows women to post warnings about 'bad dates' to prevent potential heartbreak for other women. These posts can contain very personal information about the 'jerk' in question, from his birthdate to his occupation, private life and even his photo and profile on social networking sites. The posts are usually defamatory, even to the extent of claiming STDs in the men, and are largely unverified.

This is an example that contains the guy's photo, birthdate, workplace, information about his family etc.

I'm willing to concede that the rationale behind this site may be well-intentioned. It does, however, give catty girls an effortless platform to willfully malign any man who may have inadvertently displeased them. And this platform inflicts on them no possible repercussions.
