"The Internet cannot be free!" he proclaimed. Since he has taken six television channels he didn't like off the air and imprisoned reporters, who knew what he would do?

Keiji Fukuda, le conseiller spécial pour les grippes, a fait une différence entre les « médias traditionnels » et ceux qui ont diffusé des rumeurs, insistant sur le fait qu'« il est très difficile de corriger les idées erronées » une fois qu'elles circulent sur Internet et dans les réseaux sociaux.
