This demonstration of calculating BMI is done using a series of slides. You can skip through stages you don't need. Vivian demonstrates a variety of examples of BMI calculations. If you want to comment or write your own answers you will need to join voicethread (Though this is not necessary) Just watch and practice with pen, paper and calculator)

An online BMI calculator... change it to Kilograms and centimetres and it will work it out for you and whether you are overweight or not. BE CAREFUL this site is American i think so the set figures may vary from what you are studying at the final calculations

There are samples of test questions, copies of presentations that you can print and Voicethreads with demonstrations and audio explanations of working through formula that you can play and progress through gradually at your own pace.

For those who tried to join the Tuesday evening (my humble apologies as a fierce storm prevented me from logging online... the 2nd voicethread on this page delivers my whole lesson.
