Great site to create lesson plans for PE teachers and get new ideas for different units.

I found these samples (based on Wallingford Public Schools) to be helpful for a foundation, but I don't know that I would use them as is for high school unless it was for an introductory lesson.

Really helpful when considering enduring understandings! This is actually from the UbD book.

I really liked this link because it would go along great with the unit that I'm doing for class. The only thing that I don't really like about it is that it's a worksheet so I would rather have the students create their own trees instead of using the worksheet.

I saw some of these math project ideas and thought that they were pretty cool. The only drawback that I found with them is that they don't look like lesson plans, but you can also make them your own.
