This site is a great tool for anybody looking for activities to help teach particular topics. It's divided up by grade, then by subject. I find this particularly useful for those who are extremely interactive.
This looks like a fun website for teachers who just need to bounce ideas off of each other. They also have things like printables, shop, email, and strategies.

This is a website that allows you to create worksheets for students. There are a variety of styles (word finds, learn-to-read books, puzzles, etc). It is primarily designed for younger students (K to 8 or so), but can be used for any grade. I use it to create sponge activities that reinforce the content of the lesson plan.
