Flatulence is a disease or sometimes a usual condition characterized by air pressure in the anus. It releases toxic gases out of the body which are generated inside the intestine or stomach.

Porphyria is considered an inherited disorder of enzymes affecting the production of prophyrins and heme. This disorder usually occurs due to neurological complication or skin issues and sometimes caused due to the presence of both.

Achalasia is an esophageal motility disorder which is common on the smooth layer of the esophagus and lower esophageal sphincter. It causes incomplete relaxation of the lower esophageal sphincter and increase in LES tone. It causes a lot of difficulty moving food down the esophagus therefore causing indigestion and loss of appetite.

Hydrocele is a disorder of the testicles in which fluid is filled in a thin walled sac near testicles. These are usually present at the time of birth. Commonly these hydrocele are seen in men but sometimes can affect little kids and young women. The area of attack in women is labia majora. It is not painful and usually seen as a soft swelling.
