''Citizen Khan'' series which consists of seven episodes of the family consisting of a Muslim father, a Muslim mother, two Muslim daughters and a son, of a funny Pakistani origin, raised around two hundred complaints from different Muslim families. According to the Guardian British news, Viewers complained that the show was offensive and there have been comparisons with the controversial 1970s comedy Mind Your Language.

The Iraqi people are the native inhabitants of the country of Iraq, (also known as Mesopotamia). KARACHI: India has decided to issue a visa to Pakistani batting legend Javed Miandad. The decision of India's External Affairs Ministry to issue the visa was protested by the Congress and Shiv Sena. Miandad will travel to New Delhi where he will see the last match of the three ODI series against Pakistan and India on January 6. According to the Indian External Affairs Ministry, Miandad was being issued the visa because he was a high ranking official of the Pakistan Cricket Board.
