Interview with Devon Michael: "There's something about Devon" - 0 views

  •
If you like Ne Yo Drake, Jay-Z, and Kanye West, then you have to listen to the featured artist of the week with Devon Michael. The best part about Devon Michael is his originality. You get more than one speed of music from this album. It travels from great driving music, to the dance floor, to the street, and to the bedroom. It is impossible to get bored with this album, because there's is no one constant. It makes the listener wonder what the next song will bring. If you enjoy R&B and Hip Hop, you get the best of both worlds and it's impossible to just listen to once, in fact, you get hooked. •
Jennifer Grassman is an Alternative Pop singer/songwriter from Austin, Texas. Her sound is a unique blend of Tori Amos, Sara Bareilles, and Amy Lee with a twist of Goth and Doris Day. Did I just say, Doris Day and Goth in the same sentence? Yes, I did.

Presenting Tangent Transmission: Newest LA band redefines rock music - 0 views

  •
Tangent Transmission is not the typical Los Angeles rock band. In fact, they give a whole new definition to the meaning of rock. Perhaps it should be called tangent rock, because they do not intersect with any other sound except with their own, taking audiences to new heights by giving them an experience they have ever heard before. \n\nListen to an exclusive full length 4-track music preview from their soon-to-be-released debut EP right here: http://thegreatunknowns.podomatic.com/entry/2010-07-09T08_12_27-07_00\n\nRead an exclusive one-on-one interview with lead singer, pianist, and guitarist Sam Sobo: \nhttp://greatunknownsmusicexpose.blogspot.com/2010/07/tangent-transmission-redefining-rock.html \n

  •
The LA torch of ska and reggae hasn't been past on from Hepcat - they're still there (the two singers on the right). But the Lions can definately work up a JA groove... Spotted via Amoeba's Twitter account...
