    June 14, 2012: issue removed by Darren Bridenbeck (manual fix) for the above linked URL: http://www.universalsubtitles.org/en/videos/zbJQFWlCXL2U/es/333402/ , corresponding to "Spanish (3 Lines)" in the navbar. The normal ref (not Draft banner) says "Showing Revision 1, created 06/11/2012 by vm ." However, there is another set of Spanish subs now: http://www.universalsubtitles.org/en/videos/zbJQFWlCXL2U/es/335134/ (navbar: "Spanish (in progress)") which is still blocked by a banner that says: "Draft only Subtitles translated from English. Showing Revision 0, created 06/12/2012 by vm ."
