Here there are lots of podcasts for learning/teaching communicativa functions. Some resources you'll have to pay, but there are also many which are free. The best thing is how they are organized: introduction, dialogue, exploded dialogue. I always use them with my adult learners, they love them.

Look for someone to teach and to learn from new languages. Great for conversation but, again, a way to get immersed in the English culture.

In addition to this, with the pictures from the flashcards, you can create games such as mazes, dice or bingos. You can also use them to make worksheets depending on what you want to practise (even phonetics!). Certificates to prize students' achievements also available!
