    How to Enable or Disable Moodle Report Table Using LearnerScript? Welcome to the LearnerScript feature explanatory short video, In this video, you will see using LearnerScript, How we can Enable or Disable Moodle Report tables. Let's dive into the video now... From this LearnerScript dashboard go to the "manage reports" page and select the "course summary" report. Here in this course summary report, you can see the participation graph and in the below section showing us the course summary report table. Let's disable this Moodle report table by Using the edit option from the menu. Click on the "Expand All" option and scroll down till you find the "Disable table" option below. Now Check the "Disable for table" option and then click on "Next" and click "Save". Here you can see that in this course summary report we can now only see the participation graph report only. Let's enable the report table so that we could see it here again! Click on the edit option and select the "Expand All" option, scroll towards the bottom and uncheck the Disable table option and click "Next" then click the "Save" option. Now you can see here that the course summary report table has been enabled again. Similarly, let's try this feature for one more report. From this "manage reports" page let's select the "Top Learners" Moodle report. In this report, you can see that only the graph is shown and the report table is not available. Let's enable the table for this report. Go to the edit option from the menu and click on "Expand All" then scroll towards the bottom and Uncheck the "Disable table" option. Click next and save. Now you can see this "top learners report" showing us both graph and report table as well. This is how you can enable or disable any Moodle report tables using LearnerScript.

In this LearnerScript Quizzes Dashboard, we can see the Quizzes summary table that contains details such as Quiz Names, its associated Course name, average grade, Pass grade, max grade, attempted, in-progress and Completed learners, total attempts, total time spent, and Number of Views details. Let's check the top 10 quiz participation details based on total attempts for this Financial management Capstone course table. To do so You need to limit the table results to 10 then you need to sort this table by total attempts in descending order! To limit the records to only the top 10 quizzes, you need to click on the edit graph option then you need to sort by total attempts in descending order and limit the records to ten.     Welcome to the LearnerScript Moodle Report access permissions using roles explanatory short video. In this video, you will see how we can assign and revoke a Moodle report access to any particular role! Let's dive into the video now! In this LearnerScript Custom dashboard, you can see two report widgets related to Badges and SCORM summary. Click on the "view more" button from any one of these two report widgets to set the access permission to any particular role. From this copy Badge Summary report page, you need to click on the "permissions" tab. From the dropdown below choose "User with selected roles" then set the Context level and Role for this particular report access permission and then click on add button. Here you can see in this table that the context level and role levels that we have added earlier are being shown here for this report permission. You can also set the conditions for multiple role access permissions then click on the update button from the bottom. Now to cross-check whether this copy badge summary report is available to this particular manager role we need to log in with manager role credentials. Once you log in as a manager you can check whether the copy badge summary report is accessible to you or not, by selecting the add widgets action icon from the top menu. Here the manager can see the "copy badge summary" widget is available in the reports list for his access, let's add it to the dashboard. Now let's revoke the copy badge summary report access from the manager role. to do so you need to log in as admin and select that particular report and go to the permissions tab then delete the role access from this table and click on update. once the admin revokes the manager role access to the copy badge summary report, the manager will not find it in his dashboard. here you can see how the manager is unable to find this particular report in his dashboard. To track Multi-Tenancy Moodle Course-related top learners with most Activity Completions, In this LearnerScript IOMAD Dashboard, you need to go to the manage reports section and scroll down till you find the "Top Learners" report. Using these multi-tenancy filters you can select any particular company, its department, and any particular Moodle course. Here in the below report table, you can see details such as learners, and their completed assignments, quizzes, SCORMS, activities, and grades. To track the details of learners with most activity completions you need to sort this table using the Completed Activities column in Descending order. Here you can see these are the top course activity completions counts by each learner. Using this "learns filter" you can search for any particular learner details as well. Let's show this top learners report in graphical format and to do so select add graph from the above menu then select "Bar" type from this dropdown. Enter chart name, Select series column, Y-axis value, and sort by "completed Activities" in "Descending" order then click on Add button. Here you can see this "Completed Activities" graph showing us the top learners and their completed activities count details. Similarly, this time let's select the "Artificial intelligence" Moodle course to see top learners' details with most activities completion. After sorting the completed activities column in descending order you can see that these are the top learners of the "Artificial intelligence" moodle course who have completed most of the activities. In this video, you will see what are the features provided in the LearnerScript tool for the IOMAD Learners progress reporting. Let's dive into the video explanation. -Here we are going to login to the LearnerScript IOMAD demo site as a Manager. -Here on this LearnerScript IOMAD dashboard you can see these two comapany and department selection drop downs. you can select any particular company and its associated Department using these drop down options. -Here on the Learners summary report widget you can see the Learner progress details such as Total Course enrolments, Completions, in-progress courses, grades, badges, etc. for any particular company and it's associated departments. In this LearnerScript features, explanatory short video you will see how we can set any particular default report appearance format for LearnerScript widgets and tiles. Let's dive into the video now! To set the default report appearance format in LearnerScript, let's add a "New Dashboard" Once the new dashboard is added Now let's first add report widgets to this empty dashboard. To do so Click on add widgets/tiles option and select the "Add widgets" drop-down option. Select any particular report from here to set the default report presentation format on this new dashboard. For the sake of demonstration let's choose the Course summary report widget and here you can see that we can choose from any of these multiple presentation formats to add to the dashboard. For starters Let's begin with the "Participation" type format, click on "Add To Dashboard". Here you can see that the course summary report is being added as a default report format in the form of a combination graph here. You can always switch the format if you like using the switch report option. Here you can see that when we click on this course summary report switch option we can choose other formats as well. Similarly, you can set any default report presentation formats from this drop-down in this new dashboard. Now let's add one more Moodle report widget in this LearnerScript dashboard. This time let's choose the "Learners Summary" report widget and from the drop-down select "report table" as a default report, presentation format then click on the "add to dashboard" button. here you can see that the Learners summary report is being shown in tabular format. Remember You can always switch between the available report formats if in case you need another report format in this Learners summary widget.
