    I have to agree that the use of "BFF" is lame. But it is interesting to see what United is writing to people that comment on United Breaks Guitars Part 2.

    Brett Snyder, writer for CBS Interactive Business Network, "BNET", sent out a tweet after musician Dave Carroll posted a second song about his issue with United Airlines and his broken guitar. The tweet included a link to the new song, saying he liked it better than the original. Less than an hour later, a spokesperson from United sent Snyder an email directly addressing the issue. Maybe the incident helped them learn their lesson...
